The Dual Theaters of the Nei Wai Art Center, operated by the Kaohsiung Film Archive, have the mission of curating visual images and promoting film culture. In addition to commercial films, they provide a new film experience through diverse film-themed exhibitions, numerous event planning, children's participation, and public accessibility.
Reel ONE Theater is designed with 141 seats, while Reel TWO Theater has 64 seats. In addition to regular film screenings, they can also serve as venues for lectures and multipurpose use. It accommodates 137 seats, including 4 seats for people with disabilities. It is a venue for art films and can also be used as a diverse theater for large-scale exhibitions and events.

It accommodates 62 seats, including 2 seats for people with disabilities. It can be used for film screenings and educational lectures, as well as serving as a screening room for film previews and a demonstration theater for small forums.
