• For Kaohsiung Film Archive, Neiwei Arts Center, or VR FILM LAB, you can apply for free by making a single ticket purchase of at least 200 NTD or presenting a ticket stub dated within 30 days of the movie screening at any of the three venues.
• If your annual cumulative spending reaches 2,000 NTD , you will be upgraded to GOLD+ membership and enjoy the benefits of GOLD+ member. If the annual cumulative spending does not reach the upgrade threshold, the accumulated amount will be recalculated.

• By visiting Kaohsiung Film Archive, Neiwei Arts Center, or VR FILM LAB and completing the required information, you can apply for membership by paying a membership fee of 500 NTD.
• Upon card issuance, you will receive a bonus of 4000 reward points and enjoy one year of cardholder privileges and benefits. (2000 points can be redeemed for 1 designated movie ticket at Kaohsiung Film Archive, Neiwei Arts Center, or 1 VR FILM LAB Ticket for All Areas.)

• To apply, you need to visit one of the three venues in person and register your membership information. Please present a valid identification document with a photo for verification purposes.
• The Membership system has been fully digitized. The card number is the same as the mobile phone number provided during the application process. If there are any changes to the phone number, it will be considered as replacing the card. You will need to visit the counter, present a valid identification document with a photo, pay a handling fee of 50 NTD, and complete the change process. The change process takes 7 to 14 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
• A valid identification document with a photo and personal identification number (such as a national ID card, driver's license, or health insurance card) is required for verification.

• Option 1: Renewal fee at a discounted price of 300 NTD. Renewing the card will grant you 2000 reward points (exchangeable for 1 designated movie ticket per 2000 points) and 1 VR FILM LAB Ticket for All Areas. (valid for use within six months). Option 2: Deduct 5000 points for card renewal.
• GOLD+ members who renew their cards within the valid period will have their membership extended for one year from the expiration date of the old card. There is a one-month buffer period after the expiration of the old card (during which movie theater benefits cannot be enjoyed). If the renewal is completed during this buffer period, the new card will still be valid for one year from the expiration date of the old card. The accumulated reward points from both options can be carried over.
• After the expiration of the valid period, if more than one month has passed, this renewal method will not be applicable. If you wish to renew the membership, please reapply with the original price of 500 NTD for GOLD+ membership and start accumulating reward points anew.

• Movie Ticket Discounts: Members can enjoy discounted movie ticket prices. However, this discount may not apply to certain film festivals, special screenings, or collaborative programs. Please refer to on-site announcements for specific details. CLASSIC members are limited to purchasing 1 discounted ticket per screening, while GOLD+ members can purchase up to 4 discounted tickets per screening. The Membership system verification is required upon entry.
• GOLD+ members earn reward points when making purchases at the three venues. Every 1 NTD spent accumulates 1 reward point.

• Members have free access to the personal audiovisual room on the second floor of Kaohsiung Film Archive for film screenings, including VOD video-on-demand system.(Please refer to the guidelines for the use of personal viewing rooms for more details.)

• GOLD+ members can accumulate reward points and redeem tickets when making purchases at the three venues. (Reward points program is not applicable to CLASSIC members.)
• Accumulate reward points by purchasing paid tickets at the three venues or making purchases in the venue's merchandise area (excluding cooperating stores within Kaohsiung Film Archive). Every 1 NTD spent accumulates 1 reward point. For ticket purchases, points can be claimed within 30 days from the screening date by presenting the ticket at the three venues. For merchandise area purchases, points can be claimed within 30 days from the purchase date by presenting the receipt at the three venues. No retroactive points will be granted for claims made after the specified period.
• Purchasing film advance tickets distributed by film distributors within Kaohsiung Film Archive and Neiwei Arts Center will not earn reward points. However, if a valid film advance ticket is exchanged for a corresponding movie ticket at the three venues, reward points can be claimed based on the actual value of the movie ticket by presenting the ticket stub.
• If reward points were accumulated for a ticket purchase and the ticket is later refunded, the equivalent points will be deducted.
• The validity of reward points is the same as the membership period for GOLD+ members. If membership expires, the reward points will also expire. However, if a membership is renewed within 30 days after expiration, the original reward points can be retained.

• GOLD+ members can redeem their reward points by deducting 2000 points through the activity page of the Membership Digital System or in person at any of the three venues. They can redeem it for one designated movie ticket at Kaohsiung Film Archive or Neiwei Arts Center, or 1 VR FILM LAB ticket (all vouchers and offers are valid for six months).
• Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used to redeem items specified by the three venues. No additional receipts or invoices will be provided for the redemption. Tickets or goods obtained through point redemption cannot be refunded or exchanged for points.
• The three venues reserve the right to exclude special film festivals or films from the use of coupons or vouchers.
• The three venues reserve the right to modify the rules regarding reward points and redemption. The latest rules will be announced on-site and on the official website of the venues.

• Membership is limited to personal use only and cannot be lent or transferred to others. Violators will have their card privileges suspended or revoked.
• Staff have the right to request identification or signature from cardholders for identity verification. Failure to comply with the identification requirements or violation of card usage rules may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of card privileges.
• The three venues have the right to refuse membership applications or withhold membership qualifications if the applicant fails to provide accurate information on the application form or provide necessary identification documents for identity verification. If discrepancies are discovered between the provided information and the actual facts after issuance, the three venues have the right to suspend, cancel, and revoke the cardholder's membership and related privileges.
• In case of changes in cardholder information, modifications can be made by logging into the Membership Digital System or by visiting any of the three venues to process the data update and related information inquiries. However, changing the mobile phone number is considered card replacement and incurs a handling fee of 50 NTD.
• To protect the rights of members, the three venues reserve the right to temporarily suspend card services such as consumption records, redemption functions, and inquiries if any abnormal situations or issues arise with the company's computer or information systems, until the abnormality is resolved.
• If cardholders accumulate points, reproduce or impersonate membership identity in any dishonest manner, the three venues have the right to immediately suspend all cardholder privileges and cancel the cardholder's membership.
• For the latest rules on card usage, benefits, discounts, and event information, please refer to the on-site announcements or official website of the three venues.
• The three venues reserve the right to modify various privileges. Any changes or cancellations of benefits will be announced on the Kaohsiung Film Archive website.
• To terminate membership during the validity period, cardholders must visit any of the three venues, sign a declaration of termination, and complete the membership cancellation process. After the card cancellation procedure is completed, all membership benefits will be terminated, accumulated consumption and reward points will be reset to zero, and the membership fee or card replacement fee paid will not be refunded.

• Members can enjoy free access to the personal audio-visual rooms on the 2nd floor of Kaohsiung Film Archive.
• The operating hours for the personal audio-visual rooms are aligned with the Kaohsiung Film Archive's business hours: Tuesday to Sunday, from 13:30 to 21:20.
• To ensure fairness for all members, the usage of the personal audio-visual rooms is limited to one film per session. However, if there are no other members waiting, repeat usage is allowed.
• Each GOLD+ Film Friends Card can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (including the cardholder) to watch a single movie together.
