Regular Ticket: 260 NT$ | Special ticket prices see details in each film introduction
Film Enthusiast Discount: 200 NT$ - Applicable to holders of valid CLASSIC/GOLD+ film club cards for Kaohsiung City movie theaters; please refer to film club information for detailed specifications. (Please present the digital film club membership for ticket purchase and entry.)
Children's Discount (20% off): Children under 12 years old (with relevant identification) enjoy an 20% discount on full-price tickets.
Charity Discount (50% off): Applicable to individuals aged 65 and above (with relevant identification), individuals with disabilities, and one necessary companion (with disability certification) who can enjoy a 50% discount on full-price tickets.
- Please present relevant identification for discounted tickets. Audience members who fail to present the required documents must pay the price difference for a full-price ticket.

- Tickets for a single screening on the day will be sold until 10 minutes after the start of that screening. (Entry is prohibited 20 minutes after the start of the film.)

【Ticketing system】
Ticketing Kiosk: Directly purchase tickets at ticketing kiosks. Online Ticketing: After selecting seats on the ticketing system, choose one of the following ticket collection methods:
- Ticket Delivery by Mail: A handling fee of 50 NT$ per transaction is charged. (Includes postage, sent by registered mail via post office with time limit)
- Ticket Collection at Convenience Stores: Print the ticket collection voucher at ticketing machines in selected convenience stores such as Life-ET, 7-ELEVEN ibon, FamilyMart, and OK Mart, and present the voucher at the counter to print the ticket. A handling fee of 30 NT$ per transaction is charged.
- For ticket delivery by mail, please make the online reservation at least ten days before the screening. For ticket collection at convenience stores, you can make reservations until the day of the screening. For general orders, tickets can be collected at convenience stores three days after the order is placed (excluding the order date). For orders placed on the screening day or within four days prior to the screening (excluding the order date), tickets can be collected on the same day.
To process ticket refunds, please visit the ticket counter on the first floor of Kaohsiung City Movie Theater at least 30 minutes before the start of the screening. A handling fee of 10% of the ticket face value will be charged.
Exchanging tickets is considered the same as ticket refunds. If you wish to change the screening session, please follow the refund procedure and a 10% refund handling fee will be charged.
In the event that a performance is canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances, the audience agrees to follow the refund policy established by the organizer.
Admission Method: Online registration via the Accupass platform / On-site ticket collection Admission Time: The small screening room on the second floor will open for free admission 15 minutes before the screening. Please note that saving seats is not allowed.
◎ Important Notice: Entry is prohibited 10 minutes after the start of the film screening. Please queue and wait in case of crowded situations. The entry method for the second floor will be adjusted flexibly according to each film exhibition. Any changes to the screening sessions will be announced on-site.
