庫德族小女孩生活在土耳其邊境小鎮。女孩和她的奶奶看著非土耳其語的無線電視，電視是他們知曉外頭世界的唯一一扇窗。當地政府來鎮上查禁，沒收了天線、打壞了電視。女孩只好帶著奶奶去好友家看電視，卻被媽媽臭罵。於是女孩突發奇想，找來鄰居好友，在夜裡開起自己的電視台，報導那些無法言傳的生活大小事！

A little Kurdish girl tries to put a smile back on her grandmother's face after the disappearance of her television, her only window into the world.

拉瑪贊．基里 Ramazan KILIÇ

生於土耳其東部阿勒省。2019 年首部短片《熱血校車上路去》入圍高雄電影節短片競賽。2021 年製片作品《The Moisture》闖入威尼斯影展短片競賽。

Ramazan KILIÇ was born in Ağrı, eastern Turkey, and studied Cinema, TV, and Literature at Istanbul Sehir University. His previous film The School Bus competed in many prestigious film festivals. His latest film, Things Unheard Of, was awarded a Special Jury Mention at Clermont-Ferrand 2023.

服刑三年後，納德獲得48 小時的探親假與妻女團聚，但三歲女兒卻對他的存在很不適應，彷彿他只是個登堂入室的陌生人；他心急地想教會女兒騎單車，藉以創造父女回憶，然而女兒最習慣的，還是隔著玻璃、透過電話和他說話⋯⋯。改編自導演真實經歷，童年時目睹父親因政治因素被捕入獄，那份痛苦與煎熬，在四十年後仍如影隨形。

After three years in prison, Nader is given a furlough to go home. He has 48 hours to become a father to his four-year-old daughter.

阿札黛．穆薩維 Azadeh MOUSSAVI

1980 年生於伊朗，德黑蘭藝術大學畢業後，隨即製作了關於電影《分居風暴》的紀錄片《From Iran, a Separation》，獲得多項大獎並於英國Channel4、法國Cine+ 等頻道播出；2017 年執導以嬰兒販運為題材的首部劇情短片；2018 年以紀錄片《尋找法理德》代表伊朗，進入奧斯卡最佳國際影片初選名單。

Azadeh MOUSSAVI is an independent Iranian director and producer. Her documentary Finding Farideh (2018) won many prizes at international film festivals and was Iran's official selection for the Oscars. Her 2020 short film, The Visit, was selected to Clermont-Ferrand, Palm Springs International ShortFest, and AFI Fest.

國家道歉傳達部派出兩位幹員到民宅執行任務，一名男子由於取笑喬治亞國民小吃「Khinkali」是「大湯包」，而必須拍攝影片、為傷害廣大人民的感情道歉。幹員繳交影片後，長官認為男子比較像被迫而非誠心悔過，要求兩人回去重拍，經過重重阻礙，男子終於借用兒時傷痛，拍出完美的道歉影片，沒想到卻又引起新的爭端⋯⋯。

Koba and Revaz are working for the Ministry of Apology Delivery in Russia. They must get an honest confession from a comedian for his unacceptable joke.

古拉姆‧拿瑪尼亞 Guram NARMANIIA

1992 年生於喬治亞，因戰事而舉家遷至聖彼得堡，並在那成長及就學，大學時主修模控科技，2022 年畢業於莫斯科電影學院，現正往長片導演之路邁進。

Guram NARMANIIA was born in 1992 in Ochamchira. Due to the war, his family settled in Saint-Petersburg, where he studied cybernetics and technical science at university. In 2022, he graduated from the Moscow Film School as a feature film director.

這是一個眼睛很深的男人的故事。他的眼睛水晶體太濃，像是深深蟲洞，捕捉光線，導致他七年後才看到周遭發生的現實。眼睛的先天缺陷讓他心靈漸漸扭曲，他無法理解當下，對早已消失事實的遲來反思。高概念、軟科幻故事，完美結合媒材與概念，一則哀傷的浪漫寓言：男人永遠不夠成熟、總為了過去徘徊。

A boy born blind suddenly sees light at age seven. A medical examination reveals that his eyes are so dense that it takes seven years for the light to reach the retina and the image to reach his consciousness. The consequence of the defect causes him to lack understanding of the present and linger on the past.

普若米斯瓦夫．亞當斯基 Przemysław ADAMSKI

出生於波蘭奧斯特羅文卡，畢業於華沙藝術學院，他執導過多隻獲獎MV。《映入眼簾的微光》是他們首部動畫短片。

卡塔齊娜．基耶克 Katarzyna KIJEK

出生於波蘭。與卡塔齊娜．基耶克合作導演組合，一同拍攝MV、廣告、短片。

Katarzyna KIJEK and Przemysław ADAMSKI are a Polish filmmaking duo that works in 2D, cell, stop motion and 3D animation, short films, commissioned pieces and music videos experimenting with different materials and techniques. Their works have been presented at hundreds of festival screenings and won over a dozen awards.

吉爾吉斯民間傳說中，一位離家出走的女子被公公變成了石頭。而在當地農村，男子至今仍利用這種迷信壓制女性。年輕的女人一直沒生出兒子，當她得知丈夫已在俄羅斯另娶時，公公卻提出希望成為她的配偶。她陷入絕望中，又恐懼詛咒應驗。作為處女作，本片的美術與鏡頭運用精湛，對女性能否衝破桎梏的細膩描繪令人動容。

A young daughter-in-law divorces her husband and on the same day receives an offer from her father-in-law, who scares her with the legend of "Kelin Tash". A young daughter-in-law in despair goes to the Kelin Tash at night and destroys this stone load.

古澤爾．杜申庫洛娃 Guzel DUISHENKULOVA

1980 年生於吉爾吉斯。2014 至2016 年，在吉爾吉斯著名導演Temir Birnazarov 的工作室學習，2023 年短片首作《新娘岩》入選多個國際影展。

Guzel DUISHENKULOVA was born in 1980. From October 2014 to October 2016, she studied at the studio of the famous director Temir BIRNAZAROV. In 2020, she entered the Krasnodar State University of Culture and Arts in Russia.

這是我們都會做的「齷齪小事」。動畫導演科爾布收到一封勒索郵件，他差點被這封詐騙釣魚郵件給騙，對方提及：「我們有你的電腦前鏡頭錄影，你的齷齪小事都被我們看光了！」科爾布用一則限時動態，在社群媒體上向好友廣發邀請，用這部新鮮的動畫紀錄片，像是開了一個既私密又公開的論壇，討論我們生活中的羞恥與禁忌。

A blackmail email prompts a filmmaker to explore the intersection of shame and masturbation through a series of animated Zoom conversations with his friends.

尤金．科爾布 Eugene KOLB

生於烏克蘭，於九○年代移民美國，動畫與電影導演。2016 年動畫短片《A Subway Story》入選翠貝卡影展。2019 年《Fridge》入選渥太華動畫影展。2023 年《我們的齷齪小事》入選棕櫚泉國際短片影展。

Eugene KOLB is a film director and animator based in Brooklyn, New York. Born in Ukraine, he immigrated to the U.S. in the late 1990s. He learned English by frequenting his local DVD rental store and watching countless subtitled movies with his family.
