罹患肌肉萎縮症的鹿野靖明，全身上下只有頭和手能動，他只要出一張嘴，就能解決吃喝拉撒等生活大小事。他任性又自大，但他身邊仍舊有一群願意全天候照顧他的志工。某天，鹿野對新來的志工美咲一見鍾情，於是拜託同為志工的醫學生田中幫自己寫情書。但其實田中與美咲早已是情侶，三人就此展開了微妙的三角關係。
