高雄電影節擴大國際短片競賽 三大獎項 一萬美金 雄霸國際競賽擂臺！ 2012高雄電影節短片競賽即日起受理徵件，8月8日截止，三大單元「國際短片」、「奇幻短片」、「綠色短片」皆不拘創作類型、類別，25分鐘內影片皆可報名，具凡短片競賽入圍作品，將推薦參加2013年「國際東京短片節」（SSFF），得獎作品將安排於東京短片節播映。2012高雄電影節短片競賽更擴大為國際競賽規模，三大單元首獎祭出優渥獎金以鼓勵短片創作者，包含「國際短片競賽－高雄獎」、「奇幻短片競賽－火球獎」及「綠色短片競賽－S.O.S.大獎」，各單元首獎1萬美金，優選數名，獎金1千美金，歡迎來自世界各地不可思議的創意奇想，發揮港都大無限的奇幻魅力。 2012高雄電影節國際短片競賽今年五月奇幻登場，分三大主題，首先強打最具高雄電影節策展精神的「奇幻短片競賽」單元，期待看見來自世界各地不可思議的創意奇想，並鼓勵所有主流或非主流短片創作者，每年十月底皆能齊聚高雄，感受觀眾對影片最熱情直接的互動！今年新增「國際短片競賽」單元，廣收各國不分類不分題材的新銳短片創作，以期從高雄放眼漫遊世界各地最新影像脈動，透過大銀幕展開觀影旅程。另外，有鑑於高雄身為工業城市，與地球暖化及氣候變遷所帶來的環境衝擊息息相關，高雄電影節以「綠色短片競賽」單元，希望藉由影像創作，關心人類如何與氣候災變的環境共存，歡迎氣候變異等環保議題之不分類作品報名參與。 主打最獨立、最天馬行空、最具視覺娛樂效果以及藝術創新的影像創作，統統可在2012高雄電影節短片競賽擂臺上較勁，以創意能量和來自世界各地的影像好手正面交鋒！短片徵件報名表下載及相關資訊，請查詢高雄電影節官方網站http://www.kff.tw，初決審入圍得獎結果及相關訊息，同時公佈於高雄市電影館網站及Facebook粉絲團。2012高雄電影節歡迎您來挑戰！
From Kaohsiung to the World！ The One and Only Taiwanese Fantasy Short Film Competition Platform！
2012 Kaohsiung Film Festival International Short Film Competition is coming back in May. The most unique, fantastical, entertaining visual art works are all welcomed to join the competition from all over the world. This year the Short Film Competition are divided in three main sections, the first and the most KFA-spiritual "Fantasy Shorts" expects to gather all the incredible fantasies from all over the world and encourages all mainstream or non-mainstream film artists to join us in Kaohsiung every October to experience the direct passionate interaction with the spectators. Beside "Fantasy Shorts", we're adding the whole new "International Short Film Competition" and welcome all kinds of short films submission from all over the world. Last but not least, living in an industrial city, we're strongly aware of the impact of global warming and the climate changes, therefore KFF hopes to raise attention through our "Green Shorts" section and welcomes any kind of submissions relate to our environment. To encourage short films artists, this year's international competition has expanded its prize. The award winner of each section can win a great prize of USD 10.000.
